Check-In Preparations

- Restaurants or stores are scarce around the area. So, you might want to buy food or do your groceries ahead and enjoy cooking your own food in Amaroo. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, an outdoor grill and basic kitchen appliances free of use. Nearest supermarket is at Pundol Gaisano Grand if you are coming from Transcentral or Gaisano Toledo if you are coming from the South.
- Drinking water is provided.
- To give you a great outdoor experience, a projector is provided for use. Please bring your own laptop. We don't have wifi in the beach house yet and the internet in the area is intermittent. You might want to save movies on your devices instead.
- Ready your proper swim attire to bathe in our salt water pools.
- We also provide the following toiletries: shampoo, body wash and liquid soap. Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
- Towels will be provided for your stay.

- Kindly strictly observe the check-out time in consideration of the next guests.- Any loss or damage made within your stay will be chargeable to your security deposit.

- Please expect narrow roads as you approach the location.

- We have pinned our location in Google Maps but it usually points you to a tighter road. To ensure that Google will point you to the main road to the beach house, if you are coming from Transcentral Highway, pin USJR Balamban first and then shift your pin to Amaroo once you reach USJR. For those coming from Naga and Manipis, you will have to pin Arpili Residences and then shift pin to Amaroo from there.

- Once you are in the road to the beach house, just go straight until you see the next signage.

- This is our family's beach house that we want to share with you. We hope that you likewise handle the items and furniture inside with care.

- We would like you to enjoy the place and make use of the amenities offered. For assistance on the appliances, you may call our caretaker, Nong Danny.

- Board games are available for your use.

- Please always be responsible for your own safety. Amaroo will not be accountable for any accidents.
