House Rules

We’ve‌ ‌set‌ ‌out‌ ‌a‌ ‌few‌ ‌house‌ ‌rules‌ ‌so‌ ‌that‌ ‌every‌ ‌guest‌ ‌visiting‌ ‌our‌ ‌property‌ ‌has‌ ‌a‌ ‌safe,‌ ‌secure‌ ‌and‌ ‌most‌ importantly,‌ ‌fun‌ ‌stay‌ ‌at‌ ‌our‌ ‌place.‌ ‌Compliance‌ ‌with‌ ‌these‌ ‌rules‌ ‌is‌ ‌essential‌ ‌for‌ ‌every‌ ‌member‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌traveling‌ ‌party:‌ ‌

1.‌ ‌No‌ ‌pets‌ ‌are‌ ‌allowed‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌property.‌ ‌As‌ ‌much‌ ‌as‌ ‌we‌ ‌want‌ ‌to‌ ‌accommodate‌ ‌your‌ ‌furry‌ ‌friends,‌ ‌we‌ would‌ ‌like‌ ‌to‌ ‌preserve‌ ‌our‌ ‌home‌ ‌from‌ ‌possible‌ ‌damage.‌

2.‌ ‌To‌ ‌simplify‌ ‌the‌ ‌inventory‌ ‌process,‌ ‌please‌ ‌return‌ ‌all‌ ‌items‌ ‌back‌ ‌to‌ ‌where‌ ‌you‌ ‌found‌ ‌them‌ ‌after‌ ‌your‌ ‌every‌ ‌use‌ ‌(e.g.‌ ‌videoke,‌ ‌projector,‌ ‌board‌ ‌games,‌ ‌kitchen‌ ‌items‌ ‌and‌ ‌etc.).‌ ‌

 

3.‌ ‌The‌ ‌pool‌ ‌is‌ ‌maintained‌ ‌for‌ ‌every‌ ‌guest‌ ‌to‌ ‌enjoy.‌ ‌Eating‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌pool‌ ‌or‌ ‌bringing‌ ‌items‌ ‌that‌ ‌may‌ ‌cause‌ ‌clogging‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌pool‌ ‌filters‌ ‌are‌ ‌not‌ ‌allowed.‌ ‌

In‌ ‌case‌ ‌of‌ ‌any‌ ‌damage‌ ‌or‌ ‌loss‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌property‌ ‌or‌ ‌its‌ ‌appliances,‌ ‌the‌ ‌guest/s‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌charged‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌replacement‌ ‌or‌ ‌repair‌ ‌costs‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌damaged‌ ‌item/s from the security deposit made.
